Terms and Conditions of the Interior Innovation Award

1. Submissions that are incomplete up to the time of the jury's decision will not be considered. 
    
2. Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and legal persons are eligible to participate. Submission is possible for all exhibitors of &. möbel austria küchenwohntrends Before submitting with all those persons who are involved in the product to be submitted and/or who could claim rights (e.g. (partial) copyright to a photo, data protection), the submitters demonstrably agree to the publication of all project-relevant (including personal) data, photos, films and the like. 
    
3. Participation and consent to these conditions of participation is justified or granted by registration carried out on the website www.moebel-austria.at. The personal data entered, including all submitted documents, will be processed by Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH for the purposes of awarding the prize. 
    
4. Submitting products is free of charge, the number of submissions is not limited. Only products that have been completed by 06.05.2025 and which are physically exhibited at the Möbel-Austria & trade fair küchenwohntrends from 07.05. to 09.05.2025 can be submitted. Submissions that are incomplete up to the time of the jury's decision will not be considered. The submitter bears the risk of the correct and complete transmission of the data. 
    
5. An independent jury of experts will select the winners. Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH reserves the right to award special prizes as required and to postpone submissions to other submission categories. The jury is entitled to view the object/product upon prior appointment by telephone and, if necessary, to obtain additional information. 
    
6. With their information on the online portal, the participants confirm that all persons involved in the product (in particular planners/designers and manufacturers) agree with the submission of the project for the Interior Innovation Award and with the publication of the submitted product or the submitted documents in commemorative publications, media and on the Internet, and that participation in the exhibition prize or the resulting use of the submitted products or documents does not have any rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights, are infringed. They hold Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH harmless and indemnified against third-party claims. 
    
7. By registering on the online portal, participants agree that Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH may use all information provided with the submission, including personal data, in the course of or for purposes of this competition. This includes the publication of the submitted products, with an indication of the submitter and — if announced by Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH — by other persons in commemorative publications, on their website and as part of press activities in various media, the public presentation of the same at the award ceremony and the transfer of the same to the jury or the appropriate use of them by them. Participants are familiar with and agree to the data protection notices and legal information (moebel-austria.at). The participants declare that they have the unrestricted right to publish all submitted documents, in particular the photos, and pass this on to Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH for the purposes described. A reference to the source (photographer or rights holder) must only be provided by Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH if the source is clearly visible by the participant. 
    
8. By registering on the online portal, participants also agree that Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH will send them information material (newsletter, event information, etc.). The consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time. 
    
9. By registering, participants agree that the photos/videos taken during the award ceremony by Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH or by a third party commissioned by it, which (also) depict the participant, will be reproduced, published, distributed or otherwise used as part of the corporate purposes of Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH, in particular the implementation of the trade fair prize. 
    
10. Business Upper Austria — OÖ Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH is not liable for damage resulting from unlawful use of the submitted documents by jury members. 
     
11. Attendance is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded. 
     
12. The Interior Innovation Award includes the presentation of a prize trophy, a certificate and the publication of the winning products on the website.
